Contacting the utility company

1. Click Communications > Contact Us.

2. Click the method to use:

   • By Phone
   • By Email
   • By Location
   • Send us a Message
3. Follow the appropriate set of steps below.

By Phone

The utility's phone numbers are listed.

Click a number to dial it using your computer or device's phone application.

By Email

The utility's email addresses are listed.

Click an email address to start your computer or device's default email application.

By Location

The utility's addresses are listed.

Click an address to open a Google Maps page that displays the address.

Send us a Message

A Send Message page displays.

1. Click the top box to select the subject of your message from a list of available subjects.
2. If you want the utility to call you about your message, enter your phone number in the Phone Number box.
3. Enter the text of your message in the Message box.

4. Click Send.

   The system replies with confirmation numbers for the contact and task it generated in response to your message. It also adds your message to the Message History list beneath the Send button

5. To view the details of your message, click its row in the Message History list.
