Resetting a password you forgot

If you forget your CWA password, you can use the Reset Password process to change it. You will need to know your Account Number, Username (for CWA), and the answer to the Security Question you chose when you first registered as a CWA user.

  1. From the Log In window, click the Forgot your password? link to navigate to the Reset Password page.

  2. Enter your Account Number as shown on your bill).

  3. Enter your CWA Username.

  4. Enter a New Password

  5. Re-type the new password in the Verify New Password field.

  6. Click the Continue button to navigate to the Reset Password - Security Questions page

  7. Your Security Question displays; enter the Security Answer corresponding to the question.

  8. Click the Reset Password button. The system will confirm that the password has been reset successfully.
