Your account's mailing address can be different from the address at which you receive services (electricity, gas, and water, for example). Each service is delivered to only one service location, but you can have additional addresses, such as a temporary addresses and recurring seasonal addresses.
In CWA, you can update the account's primary mailing address, but to update other types of addresses, you must contact the utility company.
