Requesting new service

  1. To display the Service Request page, click Services > Request New Service.

  2. Change the default Address, City/State/Zip and Phone Number values if necessary.

  3. Change the Start Date from today (the default) to the date on which you would like the new service to begin.

  4. Click the Available Services row to select the new service you need. You cannot select more than one service at a time--you must create a separate request for each service.

  5. If you selected "Other" from the Available Services list, type a description of the service you need in the Other Service field.

  6. Click Submit.

    The system displays the Review Service Request page.

  7. If the service request is correct, click Submit. Otherwise, click Cancel and correct it.
  8. Click OK when the system displays the confirmation numbers for the contact and task it generated in response to your request.

The system adds the request to the Message History list beneath the Submit button. This list includes the date, request type, and request status for each message.

To see the details of a specific message, including its reference numbers, click anywhere on the message.
